Pros

Nat Semi is a solid company that is always going to be around. While it may not be the sexiest industry the corporate culture, benefits, and work life balance all make it a wonderful place to work. The CFO knows everyone in Finance by name and he fosters an open door policy where you can talk with him at any time. Truly a unique trait to find in any company.

Cons

Top line growth has been slow. In some sense the "going through" motions comment is accurate as there is a sense of "this is the way we have always done it".

Advice to Senior Management

Focus on how to generate additional revenue. I think we are doing great at this.
