National Semiconductor is in the right track and is investing in the right market segments. There are several opportunities for career growth within the product lines and the different Key Market Segments. Courses for continued education on current and new trends are offered on a regular basis. The corporate culture has improved significantly recently in allowing for an creative, innovative, and open environment.
Cons
Constant reorganizations, though necessary at times, affect the the moral and sense of direction of employees.
