    Pros

Great company to work for straight of college. A lot of smart people who are willing to help. Diverse work force gives equal opportunity to everyone.

    Cons

opportunities to grow financially and career wise are very limited. the projects could be redundant if you are in the commodity chips like Power management.

    Advice to Management

expose your application engineers to real applications and have them involved in product definition. have some sort of structured mentoring for new hires.
