I have been working at National University of Singapore

    Pros

friendly working environment, nice boss and little infightings or back-stabbings. working hours are very flexible. can take a leave as long as one month each year with payment.

    Cons

there is limited upside potential of this work. The continuity of the work depends on the funding capabilities of the boss. So unassured.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

may open a track for good performers to work for a longer time in the university.
