“Good company, lots of changes, poor management decisions”
Former Employee – worked at Nationwide Financial
Pros – Very sound company, conservative with products, strong desire to grow
Cons – Management continues to cut jobs even when economy was stabilizing. Lost a lot of great people, will take a long time to recover.
Advice to Senior Management – Use the Southwest Airlines approach of employee first, which leads to consumer happiness. Your quick to cut the workforce attitude has ruined employee morale.
