Great company to work for, very difficult job.

Customer Service Representative (Current Employee)
Gainesville, FL

ProsThey do a great job in the call centers to keep the employees happy and to promote teamwork. Everyone there was really nice and seemed to really care about the people on the other end of the line.
They care about the mental well being of their employees. I worked there during hurricane Katrina and they brought in first responder therapists for the CSR's.

ConsWorking in the call center is mentally taxing.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep up the good work!

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
