Loves newcomers to use unique skills to accomplish big things...but only for so long...then must play by the rules.

    Director (Former Employee)
    Columbus, OH

I worked at Nationwide full-time for more than 5 years

Pros: Opportunities for new upper level hires to make a difference early. Clear strategy from the top. Lots of good people across… Cons: Must be willing to adopt the "Nationwide way" after the first couple of years or opportunities will thin out along with advancements. Don't make… Advice to Senior Management: Your company is good but it could be great if you attacked… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
