“Outstanding balance of Work and Life”
I have been working at Nationwide full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Nationwide truly understands work life balance and shows it employees this with values we show to our customers as well as staff.
Cons – Company tends to work to get new blood into pipeline as opposed to progressive movement from within.
Advice to Senior Management – Company has a legacy of long term associates that truly care about the future of Nationwide. We need to continue to tap those resources to help drive the company forward. Going outside to fill middle management positions can lead to a diverse perspective but not as focused as could be.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
