Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Nationwide full-time (More than a year)

Pros

This was my first "job" job. They were hiring a bunch of people from the city and I was lucky to be included. I really feel like this is a good place to get experience in the world of white collar work. It was still a job, and one a quit, but overall a good experience.

Cons

Call center, no matter how you cut it.

Advice to Management

Improve employee benefits and people will stick around longer!

    Pros

I enjoyed working with the employees and employer.

    Cons

Rates were the biggest downfall. People can't afford them with this economy.

I worked at Nationwide as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

Easy Going, Weekends off, Very good management. Coworkers and management really seem to care about each other, and even small roles feel important

    Cons

schedule anytime between 8am-8pm, no matter what you have said is your preference. Difficult to get time off. No face to face interaction with customers, a lot of questions/ transactions had to be moved along to other departments leaving the customer and the rep feeling helpless at times.
