Pros
Pay is average, benefits are good, Nationwide has programs and incentives to help you improve your health and wellness, Nationwide is very active in the community for volunteer and charitible contributions
Cons
Not so great senior management, you see many people having to put in long hours and heroic efforts too often, annual bonuses depend on some metrics that are out of your control, organizational change occurs way too often
Advice to Senior Management
It would be nice to have more advice on how to get the full annual bonus other than "hope for good weather" so that there are fewer claims processed. And please stop with all of the org changes so we know what direction we need to take in our work.
