    I worked at Nationwide full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

    I liked a lot of the values that this company has. They do seem to care about the policyholders and their needs as far as insurance products go.

    Cons

    Being en employee is another matter though. Perfection was demanded which isn't awful, but being perfect with way too much to do in 7.75 hours per day is too much. Promotions were not available if you were good at what you did. No work/life balance!
