Current Employee – been working at Navigant Consulting

Pros – Very collaborative, collegial, professional environment with an emphasis to supporting and engaging client matters better than any and all competitors.

Cons – Sometimes there is lack of dialogue between practice groups where relationships and client history could be leveraged to overall gain of firm.

Advice to Senior Management – Start talking to each other more and develop ways to assist each other in various practice groups.
