Pros

Very smart people
Collaborative work environment across offices
High level of integrity and wanting to do the best for the client and Navigant
Strong push across senior mgmt. for one culture and good momentum across employees with the message

Cons

Still has some challenges with fully integrating some acquisitions
Some senior level folks still have a "cowboy" attitude

    They have no clue about what strategy is, At Navigant they are doers not thinkers.

    Stop running the company like an small company. Get an strategy and let your employees know what that strategy is.

    Pros

    Absolutely nothing positive to say about this company

    Cons

    No longevity or career paths in place.
    It's all about the money
    They hire people who are unqualified
    They have no concept of budget and waste tons of money
    They bully there employees thinking it will produce work. Then they try to build them back up by saying nice things about the work that was produced.
    They lack vision and focus.
    Tons of unhappy and miserable people.
    No interaction with Upper Mgmt. as it pertains to everyday employees
    They use people to do their dirty work
    Pay raises are based on what they want to pay with NO measuring tools in place, basically you get cost of living increases.
    Never anything good to say from there employees.
    People get hired or promoted based on who they know (with no experience) over other highly qualified people

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    You lack vision and character. Get to know the people in your company who are making you the money to pay your excessive salaries.
