Excellent Opportunities, But Not Very Flexible

Pros- Working with very intelligent people and leaders in their fields
- Access to a wide range of learning resources
- Low politics; happy and easy to get along with colleagues
- Supportive and easy-to-access management

Cons- Difficult to move between specialties
- Work can be tedious
- Organization has difficulties knowing about opportunities in other offices

Advice to Senior Management- Management is very supportive and has an open door policy
- Management is also very concerned with how you find your experience with Navigant
- You can get experience in many areas, if you just ask
