I have been working at Navigant Consulting full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Training is taken very seriously and offered During recruitment every thing is handled professionally If you are a golfer you will have ample opportunity to play in tournaments

Cons

Very weak benefit package - the only non-copay health insurance I have ever experienced Weak vacation/non-insutry standard for vacation Male/sports oriented culture Employees told to cold call in their spare time to sell work I was told by 2 other former employees not to even consider this co - it is churn and burn - I didn't listen, thought it would be different in my practice

Advice to Management

Salaries are consistent with the industry although I understand that is recent but the benefit package will not excite anyone except possibly new grads who can remain on their parent's health insurance
