I worked at Navigant Consulting full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Great people to share time with!
Leadership is open to trying new things!
If you want to be involved with new internal initiatives there is always work.

    Cons

    Pay is weak.
Promotions will come once you inform them you are leaving.
    The benefit package is sub-par.
The streets prospective of Navigant's financial performance determines the overall lack of culture.
Too many acquisitions that are never properly melded.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Too many thinkers not enough doers...AD and above represent a large portion of the work force which does limit the growth of the growth of the junior staff. Focus on organic growth to respond to the needs of the clients.
