Pros

There are a lot of different departments and functional areas for potential job diversity. We support our troops through building the latest military MRAPs. Two out of every three kids ride our school buses to school everyday. We have the coolest model truck out there, the new Lonestar. Our engine is ready for the 2010 emissions using ERG technology which doesn't require the use of urea.

Cons

The trucking automotive industry is in a difficult time and volumes are down. Layoffs have occurred and could occur again if the economy continues to be this soft. Communication through the company is limited and can be found posted publicly before it is shared internally.

Advice to Senior Management

Be smart and focus on the blue chips. Work on improving our flexibility and make sure we continue to offer the products our customers want and need.
