Pros

solid company with good culture and excellent history
great people to work with
good products and solid business model
company values are great

Cons

New IT leadership does not subscribe to corporate values and does not respect people
no opportunities for advancement from within for it
IT leadership sees outside company as solution for everything
IT leadership is more interested in building their fifedoms than achieving company goals
IT management does not like ideas they do not originate

Advice to Senior Management

You cannot be best in class at an IT spend of less than 1% gross in the 21st century
clear out the top 2 levels of IT management and break up the good old boy network
look at your leaders within that still have the courage of their convictions rather than continually beating them down.

You are abosultely right. This is not the same Company I started with over 10yrs ago. The CIO and CTO are on an outsourcing mission, and nothing will get in their way. This use to be one of the top places to work in IT, now I would say STAY AWAY.
