Cons

People seemed to lack passion for their job and had a very strong 8-5 mentality. As you move up the ranks, people seemed to care about their jobs but not entry level positions.

Advice to Senior Management

Cultivate a culture of people (especially at the lower levels) that love their job. Most people are putting in their hours then going home.
