Employee empowerment given at all levels; tons of opportunity all over the company to adavance. So many jobs all over the country can be applied through and inter company hires are often and pretty easy to get through. Benefits are very good like an old school large corporation with a small company feel

Cons

Not the best pay but not bad, can see where some people could feel stuck in their situation, seem to tend to promote the younger people with potential and knowledge throughout the company - there is incompetence at some levels of the company that make it very hard to do your job well

To continue to develop ways for us to improve in all economic environments
