Pros – Flat organization structure, Ability to grow for ambitious and focused employees, good working environment
Cons – No annual appraisal or proper performance review, lack of business focus and investment in new technologies, personality driven, internal politics
Advice to Senior Management – Get business leaders with vision for various business units and ease out sycophants
