I worked at Neiman Marcus full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Loved the people, advanced quickly, nice discount

    Cons

Often understaffed so lots of hours, pay is low with few raises (even with excellent reviews)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Reward employees for their hard work. Even in a bad economy, a very small raise is possible and will make employees feel valued
