When I worked there in the beginning, it was a great company!

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsThe management team was about building teams, growing the organization and creating opportunity where possible. The opportunity to do many different things offered the ability to grow your skills and be part of something bigger than yourself.

ConsAs the economy began to downturn, management began to make serious changes to how the company was run. New ventures that weren't necessarily good ideas, the decision to outsource their infrastructure teams, etc.
