Sales Professional

Sales Associate (Current Employee)
Newport Beach, CA

ProsFlexible schedule, decent benefits, vacation and holiday pay. Opportunities to make bouses and possibly win trips. Best hours in the retail arena.

ConsExtremely political and sometimes racist organization. Very keen on micro-managing sales associates. Straight commission with no hourly rate. Unappreciative management.

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't rely on your star performers continually. Do more to develop newer employees.
