Cons

Poor management within the store
Promotion is normally based on favortism
Seems like theres no room for associates to grow only management

Advice to Senior Management

Corporate needs to really evaluate store management, perhaps doing popup visits. When I worked at NM in Merrick Park I noticed that corporate wasn't aware of how managers are were operating. They were not fair towards certain employees, the store was unorganized and messy unless someone from corporate was visiting, department managers were never on the sells floor and did not motivate or encourage staff.
