Pros

At NM, you will work with some of the best people in the business! You will also gain incredible experience and develop your skills in whichever area you work, ie: operations, LP, sales, management, etc. Be prepared to work more than 40 hours to be successful.

Cons

Lacking in opportunities for advancement. Be sure to discuss your career goals during the interview process and continue constant communication regarding these goals with your direct supervisor.

    Make the decision quicker when asking an associate to make a job change specially when it requires a location change.
