    Pros

Great detailed look into the fashion industry. Many opportunities to connect with people in the industry. People are always willing to help you.

    Cons

Work-life balance is not the most important to most people. TOO many job responsibilities for title and pay. The days never end.

I have been working at Neiman Marcus full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

I loved working in a high end environment and being around the amazing product. I learned a lot about business.

    Cons

There is little room for advancement even though they say there is. The communication is terrible and often untrue. There is a corporate culture of misleading or not telling the whole truth, everything is on a need to know basis-even when you are on the same team.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Be more honest.
