Great Place to work, sometimes

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) McLean, VA

ProsLarge Company, they can give you lots of freedom. Fairly progressive in terms of product knowledge, good discount on products.

ConsPoor health insurance, no progressive growth, they don't embrace tecnology and it is hard for the company to get messages out to employees.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

    HORRIBLE, Evil Company

Sales Associate (Current Employee) Boston, MA

I have been working at Neiman Marcus

Pros: The discount is nice, but that's about it! Cons: The employees at Neiman Marcus act as though they never left high school. All during training we are told to greet everyone, and never judge… Advice to Senior Management: - The store seems out-dated and reeks of snobbery. - Sax is much more… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
