Pros – Everyone is very helpful and supportive when it comes to helping you grow as a professional. They want to see team members succeed. The administrative staff is also wonderful - feels like family.
Cons – Sometimes it can turn into a grind, especially if you are the bottom of the food chain. With that being said, such is the nature of law.
