Pros

Everyone is very helpful and supportive when it comes to helping you grow as a professional. They want to see team members succeed. The administrative staff is also wonderful - feels like family.

Cons

Sometimes it can turn into a grind, especially if you are the bottom of the food chain. With that being said, such is the nature of law.

    Pros

The people - smart, engaging Decent benefits Beautiful office space Practice areas are very diversified, shields firm from being too affected by economic downturns.

    Cons

The industry (law and policy) was not appealing to me, personally. They do tend to play "favorites" when promoting employees, as well but this worked in my favor, luckily!

    Advice to Management

Listen to your individual managing partners for each office - they know what they are doing!

    Positive Outlook
    Approves of CEO

    Pros

An attorney at this firm has enormous growth potential. The firm's entrepreneurial core values mean that attorneys get back what they put in. The firm is invested in each attorney's success and provides generous support in terms of mentoring, training, and funding. The firm is prudently managed, but does not skimp to make a profit. The result is that both staff and attorneys are happy and feel valued. The Jacksonville office in particular is a tight-knit group of great people, both staff and attorneys. We work hard, and we play hard.

    Cons

The only cons are the same as those in any law firm of this size. There is a lot of work to be done, and demands are high.
