Pros

The salary given is pretty competitive within the market however it is very difficult to get raises or move to another level. The job description are vague and often unattainable. There isn't any "individual" consideration made when looking at performance. It is all based on a "territory" and there isn't any consideration for the different variables that are presented every day

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take more time to evaluate your employees, not your employee #'s. These people are not some kind of calculation that was decided upon. Each person has skills and attributes that they bring to the team. Pay attention to those details

    Essentially neopost are fortunate for the people they have whom are all there for the right reasons. Unfortunately Aust neopost has 2 key challenges. Exceptionally low base, highly disproportionate to a professional modern sales company and management needs to stop dangling a golden carrot of career progression that has no roadmap or strategy to support the empty promise
