Advice to Senior Management
Sales people are not motivated by intimidation techniques, they need positive feedback and encouragement. If a company treats you right you will want to work for them and the turnover rate will drastically reduce.

The management tries to promise presidents club, bonuses, great comms package (No splits) but then if there's one bad month they start threatening to fire people... Not a smart way to keep people cold calling and setting up the 6-12 month business.
