Pros

Dependent upon the connections you make in upper management, and how long that management is in place there are good opportunities.

Cons

Corporate strategy is strictly dollars and sense, and not customer driven what so ever. Their only goal is to beat the competition while the industry collapses around them.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

You could easily off-set the cost of hiring and retaining next level employees by differentiating yourselves from the competition, not turning into them.

    Cons

    Pros

good pay and benefits. Most customers are nice. Coworkers are nice.

    Cons

as with other large companies, something is lost when quantifying performance to a number. Employees strive to get good numbers rather than a good job. The parts of the job that are not counted are not done. Employees are compelled to do things they would not normally do in order to produce numbers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

quotas are a double edged sword. if not careful, they can cut moral and distort conclusions that can result in unwise management decisions.
