I have been working at Nespresso full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Decent benefits, Short work days

    Cons

No innovation, Stale and Dry Culture, Poor Leadership and Management, Unrealistic rules

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

FIrst and foremost, they should hire professionals with an understanding of their industry.

Additionally, you will not see management attempting to change an extremely stale culture where innovation cannot thrive. You simply cannot look up to your superiors and admire their work.
Everything from the website, the marketing and their social media presence lack not only imagination but correct grammar as well.

If you are looking for a career and pioneer new ideas, DO NOT work here. You will spend most of your time discussing why you can't do something while their competitors inch closer and closer to winning over Nespresso's customers. This organization is the complete opposite of a nimble company that can quickly adjust their business practices for everyone's benefit.

Respect yourself and your career and look elsewhere. You will make more money and enjoy your work day. Nespresso will be the next failure in the long line of corporate flops.

PS - If you get to work at 9:01, you will be reprimanded for that "lateness" and you will lose your job as a result. Also, should you need to use the bathroom for more than 15 minutes during a day, you will be talked to about your "extended use of personal time".
