Current Employee – been working at Ness USA
Pros – Small place where you can be creative, garage mode. Great business model and very energetic sales force. Customers appreciate the team and collaboration between sales and delivery is very good.
Cons – Weak immature management, leads to politics. No impetus towards putting a proper organization structure. Strengths across the globe are leveraged - every unit works in a very independent manner. CEO is unable to make major changes.
Growth is limited, there is no budget to train employees - you have to train yourself. No long term strategy, decisions are taken to tide over month over month.
there is not many people added, existing workforce is stressed.
Advice to Senior Management – Imporve communication, take care of people.
