“People work for the sake of working.”
Current Employee – been working at Nestlé
Pros – Loads of training....Good place or Senior Managment.
Cons – People in lower management will have to work long hours.
Meetings after meetings. Updates after updates....never ending.
Advice to Senior Management – Relook into the process....cut it short & speed up.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
