Pros

If you can stick it out for a couple of years you may move up.

Cons

Zero communication, pay scale, no incentives for doing a good job, you just feel like a number not an employee.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

communicate to the merchandisers, and make them feel like an employee.

    Great surpervisors, friendly co-workers, great benifits, and willing to work around your personal life if needed.

    Cons

    Pay starts at 9.50 so a little low and must be willing to work in extreme cold for long periods of times.
