I worked at Nestlé full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Fair compensation package. Focused on making a quality product. The hourly employees are pleasant and have the right additude.

Cons

New head of NUSA will ruin what little (very little) work life balance was left for business professionals. Its an "and company". meaning company want you to do this and that, but they won't properly support with the proper resources. Company is interested in doing "good" as long as it can be promoted, but not really interested in doing good because its the proper thing to do. Way to much office politics and acceptance of poor Local Committee management. New Plant Manager is running off good talent and young talented workers.

Advice to Management

Quite trying to cover your butt and start doing what is right, if you even know what is right anymore?

I have been working at Nestlé part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Decent pay (depending on where you're working), great benefits. Mentally, the work isn't that hard. You get to meet all different types of people...There's is room for advancement, just a lot faster with a college degree, pretty clean environment, HR do a great job of handling problems of any sort, you can always walk up and talk to a CEO when they're around, No matter where you go, everybody think's you have a stash of chocolate or some sort of candy in your pocket lol but it's satisfying to know that everyone thinks highly of the overall brand of Nestle.

    Cons

Smelling like food afterwards, you sometimes feel like you're at work more than you're at home, the division between management and labor workers is okay (has been getting better over the past 6 months), There's a small loop hole of accountability when it comes to the shifts changing (Ex: first shift may not get all of their work done, for whatever reason, and then when second shift comes in and something isn't right, somehow it's the second shift's fault..?..), sometimes it's a hassle working with lazy co-workers, but the work still gets done.
