    Pros

Large company with many great brands. Continuous growth with the Nestle model. Worldwide business.

    Cons

Multi-matrix organization that can be difficult to navigate.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Base advancement on objective criteria and performance versus subjective criteria. Too much advancement of mediocre people, causes "A players" to leave.
