    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Older workers are the best workers. They are stable and do not have young family problems.

I worked at Nestlé part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

As a temporary employee i got plenty of hours. If you work hard they overload you with hours and if your lazy you barely get any. As a college student i really didn't want to work 60 hours a week so it was kind of an incentive to be lazy. Im not lazy though so i had to quit. There is potential for a high hourly wage.

    Cons

Was supposed to get hired in part time after 90 days but they usually take at least 6 months. They don't tell you that when u start working there though. You make $10 an hour as a temp which isn't anything special. Then you make 15 as part time. Which is why people don't quit after 90 days. They treat you like your just a number and they over work you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Reward employees who work and get rid of lazy ones. Also hire people in as part time after 90 days like its supposed to be.
