I worked at Nestlé full-time (more than 10 years)

Pros

Nestlé is a company that thrives on value - values for its products and values in the management behavior. It's founder Henry Nestle believed in human values.

Cons

What was preached and practiced are two different things. Action is louder than words. Some of Nestlé leaders do not really practice the values it preaches in the document of Management and leadership principles.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

To make sure that those who progress in their career not only based on performance but also behavior that conform to Nestlé values seen by the masses not just the bosses.

I worked at Nestlé as a contractor (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Good money, and once you actually get employed everything is good

    Cons

I worked as a "temporary worker for 4(!) years, and was unable to get a contract

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do some review of how the lowest level employees are employed, and how long they have worked for. People that made the branch successful are not getting any benefits or even sense of belonging and therefore don't give their 100%
