Pros

Generally, I like the way employees are treating each other. They normally quite engaged to result achievement while being friendly.

Cons

Sometimes it's difficult to find a real decision maker and the one committed to take responsibility.

Work more on sustainability topics.

    I have been working at Nestlé full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Although company's size an employee can be noticed and her/his well done job appreciated. Many ways of managing own career. Decentralized approach to businesses allows to develop and test new ideas. A company culture requires certain level of maturity and then rewards back with acceptance and appreciation.

    Cons

    More action less talking would be appreciated. Too much tolerance for mistakes.

    Pros

    You can bring your own initiatives to work and there are laid down procedures to follow, but you can be assured of been able to take calculated risk to grow the business.

    Cons

    Promotions is not always based on merit.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Most employee that leaves the company alwys do so based on frustration on the job. So this muct be honestly looked into to stop capital flight on a continous basis.
