Opportunities, especially if open to relocation
Rewarded if work hard, lateral opportunities
Budgets to build for long term success vs. chasing quarterly earnings

Cons

Location: Glendale, Solon, Oakland, Chicago. hard to get things done with so many locations.
IT systems are very slow.
Some divisions make their number with little effort, some work weekends, nights, and still miss.

Combine into one location in the US for the food company to better manage talent and beat the competition.

    Pros

    The people are really friendly and there are nice perks. There is a company gym and a nice place to eat.

    Cons

    There is little advancement until someone leaves, retires or is laid-off, which is disappointing. Also, you have to pay for monthly parking.
