-Great building and perks (gym, sports activities, events)
-Smart people to learn from
-Great cafeteria with a reasonable price

Cons

-Upward mobility is tough
-Have to pay for parking ($70/mo when I was there)

    Time off to travel with family

    Cons

    Getting up at 3am to go to work. People allowed to stand around all day and do nothing. Race and sex discrimination. Bosses affraid to tell certian people to do thier job!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Open your eyes!! Product quality and production gets worse every year. People are affraid the plant will close in the net couple of years.

    Provide a career path or some visibility into how people move forward. Promotion choices seem arbitrary and based on relationships instead of job performance.
