    Pros

Great training, lots of responsibility fast, large company with lots of lateral move opportunity. Competitive compensation, good people.

    Cons

Limited opportunities for promotion. Lots of process,

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Provide a career path or some visibility into how people move forward. Promotion choices seem arbitrary and based on relationships instead of job performance.

I have been working at Nestlé USA full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

great job opportunities and some of the world's best benefits a very clean enviroment to work at

    Cons

Nestle' is a great place to work, but for me; I am not able to achieve the 40 hours a week that I need to survey. I have to work an extra one to two days a week just to get the 40 hours needed but the majority of time I still don't achieve the 40 (BUT) if I am LUCKY I will get a few hours more of overtime to go with the 40. I long for a job with 40 hour a week and then be able to achieve the so desired overtime hours I am willing to work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

many many peoples are hired at Nestle' on a regular base and yet full time employees who have been there for years are not able to even get their 40 hour work week; this is a very big problem with me
