I have been working at Nestlé USA

    Pros

Many brands that you can experience working for Nestle, managers encourage growth, good work/life balance, fun brands, advanced HR initiatives, good communication of company goals from the top down, good recognition/appreciation programs

    Cons

The review process PDG is a joke, bonuses and raises are very political, easy to take on additional responsibilities without any pay increase, certain corporate offices are "stuffy"

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Walk the talk....employee communications are always extremely professional and flashy, but don't put something on there just to look good to employees...be genuine and mean it

I worked at Nestlé USA full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Competitive salary, great onboarding, sound management principles. This is a great company to build a solid base of understanding in operations management.

    Cons

Increasingly political. Work/life balance was not a priority. The operations side is increasingly margin driven, which is good, but pressure is so great to squeeze every last drop of blood from the turnip that managers and supervisors do not last long.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Look at your operations management turnover and assess the true cost. This is an indicator of an unsustainable business.
