I have been working at Nestlé USA full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Decent benefits, great product line to sell. Nestle owns all major brands so it makes it an easy sell to store management.

    Cons

Micro managed at all levels. Low level management is not helpful, they are only worried about keeping their own jobs instead of doing what is right.

I worked at Nestlé USA as a contractor for more than a year

    Pros

Recognized brand name, free ice cream

    Cons

Salaries are not higher than high tech companies nearby in the San Francisco area. As a result Dreyer's didn't attracted the best talent or people I wanted to learn from. Also in health conscious California, employees tended not to bring premium priced, Nestle frozen dinners and instead opted for fresh and less expensive options.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
