I have been working at Nestlé USA full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Safety and employee welfare is a top priority. Great pay and this is one of the few companies that still provide a defined pension plan paid for by the company

Cons

Some of the purchased companies still have old managers in place who are more interested in covering their own selves then in actually make good decisions for the company

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Look at the legacy managers and check their performance , managers who have bad performance but great excuses may be working harder on lining up excuses than actually performing

I worked at Nestlé USA as a contractor for less than a year

    Pros

The environment is really quite a fun place to work in. I worked optimizing processes for baby ruth and butterfinger production. The perks are good if you negotiate well. I got a car rented for my duration! Housing is also partly paid for

    Cons

If you end up working in a Unionized facility, the difficulty of getting things implemented goes up. I really think that there are very few. Nestle is a great company to work for.
