Pros

Strong brands and great growth outlook with focus on health and wellness, strong values-based culture that promotes authentic leadership and transparency, new CEO is bringing a renewed focus on innovation and a high-performance culture.

Cons

NWNA is a lean organization that has a strong track record for success, but gets alot done with a little. Training and development opportunities are largely experiential, with limited formal training and education opportunities.

Advice to Management

Need to place a greater focus and investment in training and development. Employees are empowered to pursue learning opportunities, but leaders need to understand that more robust training programs and tools are needed to achieve long term growth.

    Pros

    Good benefits. Service team good.

    Cons

People don't leave companies, they leave their manager(s).

    Advice to Management

This market is flooded and I am unsure what to advise management on, other than to hold on as long as you can.

I was always tired, because the shifts worked here are twelve hour shifts.

    Pros

The company provides free water in the break room, there's free t-shirts and after every monthly factory meeting the employees receive free cases of water.

    Cons

It's pretty much a learn as you go company. Their under staffed by choice, only one person per area of the machine. Your constantly moving and going, up and down on and off the forklifts and machines. And you're responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting issues for the machines and equipment.

    Advice to Management

More man power and longer training time.
