Former Employee – worked at Net-a-Porter full-time for more than a year

Pros – The pros would to be the fellow co workers (excluding management or human resource).

Cons – No opportunity to grow unless a favorite of management.
They do whatever they want with your pay or schedule.
There is no job security in the company.

Advice to Senior Management – You can not run any company as a dictator. You can not use intimidation to scare employees into doing whatever you like. HR team has become biased with management and completely horrible. It has gone downhill these last few months. Promotions are given to workers who do not perform. Favorites are given a free pass not to work. Employees have no voice in the company and their meetings about how their doors are open to any employee who may have concerns is a complete farce.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
