Amazing work culture, good salary and data storage is the right field. They have potential to take the big guys.

Cons

Actually there are not many. You may get tied up to one domain and may end up spending life in data. If this does not concern you, then it is perfect.

    Training's can be delayed because the case load of the day may be high.
